پيش فرض :

Our current project:

the Circle of Life Indian Cultural Center to be built in Davidson County/Nashville.
The architectural expression of the 6,500 square-foot Community Center structure is extended to evoke a sense of animation of shelter given form by the earth but drawn into the sky.
The Native American Indian Association (NAIA) is currently seeking funding for the acquisition of property and the construction of a Native American Indian Center. We are currently seeking the donation of acreage in Middle Tennessee for the construction. We are attempting to raise 1.5 million dollars to complete this project. This facility has been named the "Circle of Life." The project profile site and floor plan design will serve as the administration headquarters and pow-wow grounds. The structure will have a museum and research library to educate the public at large concerning heritage and culture. Scholarships for higher learning and cultural revitalization.

Project Profile Mission Statement
Provide a site adequate to accommodate a ceremonial pow-wow grounds, with public events parking for at least 500 cars. Construct a multi-purpose structure to house NAIA administrative offices, community meeting room, research library, and exhibit museum.
All components of the project are to be appropriate to serve the special needs of local Native Americans and promote public awareness of their unique culture. The proposed layout of the conceptual site responds to the ancient spiritual concepts of the "Circle of Life." The configuration of the pow-wow grounds -- including the parking area -- radiates out from a center circle; the ceremonial central Drum.

It is to be constructed from common native materials such as wood and stone, with emphasis on balancing architectural principles of economy, durability, function, and form. A fabric entrance canopy makes reference to the traditional structure used by nomadic Indian tribes of the region. Environmental support systems are to utilize state-of-
